That's a lot more hopeful than lethargic at the top. Most likely these fish are still in shock, I'd leave tank lights off and give them space, JD can be hardy.

As long as they can swim you do nothing. If they aren't attempting and going in circles, or can't get themselves out of the current of your filtration then they should have a good chance at recovery. Without seeing a vid I can't say for sure, but clean water is the cure if it's just normal shock. Think of them like a newly acclimated fish, they need time to settle in and get comfortable before they will swim and eat. That said, if they can eat it's a great sign.

Give them some time, they should come around. There is no reason to suspect swim bladder damage. If anything damage might be neurological due to lack of oxygen, but even if their gills remain wet, fish can flap around in a slick of water for a long time and eventually recover.

Good luck, try to be patient, and keep us posted on their progress!

ps. the best way to post videos is load them to YouTube and then link them here, they will actually embed in your post, not just show a link.

Thanks everyone
I will monitor them and let you know
so you think they'll be OK?
Jd is about 4yrs old, 9inch and prone to fits in past so hope it's not neuro
but the gjd is a tough cookie she nearly got boiled in another tank with heat probe but survived I don't know how, the other gjd's all died she survived, somehow!
