Strictly depends on the fish. But a full grown Green Terror against a full grown JD. I am going to go with the GT due to the size difference even though a think JT's are meaner.

Again, it's a hit or miss thing I think. Heard it go both ways depending on the individual fish.

Yea I don't know, I have a gentle Rivulatus at 5" that doesn't even bother the 3" Firemouth in the tank. I have another GT in a different tank at about 3", and he won't stop beating the crap out of the 3.5" or so Flowerhorn in his tank. (They will obviously be split up for numerous reasons)

I have kept GT and JD together several times. The pecking order can go either way depending on individuals. GT and JD can reach the same maximum size. There is no sure thing which species will be on top in the long term.
