The only time I have seen anything close to that was when they have been fighting alot and their lips get rubbed raw. Any signs of physical damage?

No this not damaged lips. The picture doesn't show it well but the pelvic fins are yellow too!

More pics! That is the weirdest thing ive seen. Ive seem jds with yellow tint fins but not lips. Birth mark maybe? Kinda like a patch? Maybe lips were damaged at a young age and just grew in this wY?
