ive never heard of this! ive gottin parrots to breed with convicts before. have you heard of the hybrid, thats a mix between a flower horn and convict? if not ive got a pic of one. his bump on his head is much bigger then it should be plus hes larger then any con.
I've seen the cross once, on another forum and I just checked the thread to see if the pics were still there but they weren't.
From what I remember they were cute. Like jags with con faces. Not as impressive as real jags but a little neater than the common barred con.

not trying to still your thunder but how would a pink(female)convict with (male)firemouth mix look like?
i think it would be a albino firemouth with some faded stripes and red at the throat. anyone disagree or agree.

Pink cons are not albino first of all.
Crossing a pink con to a black con doesn't get you black & pink cons (unless they both carry the marble gene) so it wouldn't be any different with a pink con x normal FM.
You'd get a con x fm that would look the same as any other con x FM who's con parent wasn't pink.
Con x FM's don't look better than FM's. A little more interesting than cons but not by much.
