He's about 6-7 inches now. He was in with a flowerhorn and a JD and kicked butt so he's alone now and likes it that way...I noticed he's building a nice palace for a girl this week though!nice looking little guy.
He is taking a break between begging for food and sparring with his half brother on the other side of the divider....(his mother had an affair with a texas cichlid)......
Nice jag...imo your jag is the realm of whats considerd a very nice specimen of a normal colored jag.... jags vary in their base color being whiteish,, goldish, copperish, purpleish which in turn can depend on their mood and the lighting they are under...the true gold jags are gold with no spots or have darker gold(no black)spots on the light gold body.....just my opinion from looking at a zillion pics of jags lol......
