Blowing the dust off this thread for an exciting update l

I still have the 4 that i have growout hey are approximately a year and a half old the largest 3 are 8 to about 9 inches..being that the biggest one shocked me by being female and the second largest was evidently female I have been going about my business just assuming that all four were femalethey are 120 gallon tank and I have darker than normal color because they are subordinant to a male Texas jag hybrid I have....I also have a female motaguense in there that seems to want to spawn with anything else that has fins...I don't know if it's all the hormones is the water or what but it seems like one of my jags is trying to emerge as a male I don't know if they can change their sex... I've been obviously wrong before....looking for others opinions....

Everything looks male to me except maybe the dorsal fin looks rounded slightly (but that's tricked me in the past at that size lol)
Nice looking growouts though great job

Thanks....thanks I got something to work on now I know I need to change or reduce the population in that tank so that that fish will show its potential true colors.....

Looks possible male to me, great looking fish very thick and healthy looking!
