Jag Sexing Help

Hey guys been trying to find out if this is a male or a female and I'm hoping it is large enough to tell now. I beleive it is female because I saw the tube drop and it seemed quite large, but it is hard to know when I have nothing to compare to.
Here's some pics that you can hopefully help me out with.

Also have you guys ever noticed color changes for breeding? I introduced two new jags that are about 3" and a few days later her egg tube dropped with lots of spawning behavior. Then after about a week it was gone again and her bands got very black...

jagster yours is a male, he is darker and has a completely different pattern... Becareful with that Frontosa in there...

thnx and ye the frontosa is gone so is the jd. i purchased a 9 inch male red devil and i could have sworn teh jag was a female because it kept trying to breed with teh red devil. the breeeding tube never came out but they got real aggressive towards all teh other fish and the jag started clearing a flat rock and started twitchin and almost wanting to get beat up by the devil flaring up at him and challenging him but would never liplock. i eventually ahd to seperate them becase teh devil almst killed the jag. can anyone explain this?
