jagster yours is a male, he is darker and has a completely different pattern... Becareful with that Frontosa in there...

thnx and ye the frontosa is gone so is the jd. i purchased a 9 inch male red devil and i could have sworn teh jag was a female because it kept trying to breed with teh red devil. the breeeding tube never came out but they got real aggressive towards all teh other fish and the jag started clearing a flat rock and started twitchin and almost wanting to get beat up by the devil flaring up at him and challenging him but would never liplock. i eventually ahd to seperate them becase teh devil almst killed the jag. can anyone explain this? maybe it was just territorial?

If you look at the hybrid section you will notice Jag's seem to cross breed the most. Perhaps the Jag wanted to breed but the RD didn't.
