Jags Owners I have a question

yeah it should be i have a pair in my 125 just give the female hiding places to get away from the male he bullies her around some times

I will do that. Does anyone have any advise on what to feed them??? I fed the one I had before hikari gold.

thats what i feed with the occasional feeder and earth worms sometimes market shrimp or crab meet when i make a meal containing it and its on hand

Glad to hear that you separated the jag from the JD - at 6" that JD would more than likely kill any other fish that much smaller than itself. Yes, I agree also a good staple diet like Hikari does very well for these guys. Also, keep the diet varied with some frozen foods like bloodworm or some coarse live foods like crickets or earthworms - this really helps.

Do you guys know any good breeders of this fish???? If so I would love to maybe buy two off of them. I would prefer that they not be related and would like to get male and female.
