Jaguar cichlid and red devil

A buddy of mine has cattle. He has acres of land with two large ponds. He releases all of his unwanted Convicts in the smaller pond. These ponds also contain Brim, Bass, Gar, and Catfish so I don't know how well the Convicts are faring. He has a bonded pair of Dovii x RTM too. He plans to throw the excess fry that he can't sell into the pond. I don't know how any of the released fish will do. But it will be nice to fish out a huge Dovii hybrid or Convict in a few years. A well-fed RD would be an awesome sight too. My buddy just has to hope for mild winters and plenty of rain.
