Jaguar cichlid hiding and terrified.

Hello, Why is my female jaguar cichlid soo scared? pH is 7,5 tank mates convicts and tank size is 150gallons only for while.. Before 3days it was normal.. I dont know please help

Nope he is still the top dog. Theres 3 red devils and a buttikoferi as tankmates, the jag always ruled and still rules.
Devils are 3"
Butti 5.5"
Jaguar 6"
The butti came close to the pot and the jag chased it away. Devils got no chance, they are too small, they always run from the jag

I'm almost positive it's the butti. They're smart fish....my butti would wait until I'm not around and then terrorize my other fish, until she was finally moved.
