starve them for a few days to a week....I know mine love dried Krill/Shrimp so if you just want to get them taking manufactured foods, you can always try that and mix pellets on......should probably feed a variety of foods anyway, I use several different pellets, frozen foods, dried foods, and sometimes live crickets, waxworms, mealworms, earthworms etc
 
I got two jags they have been in the same tank for years but due to moving there tank they are in with my frontiers but all of a sudden they hate each other puffing out gills and going mouth to mouth what has changed or have i got 2 males and been lucky so far in the same tank. Both jags are 30 to 35 cm each
