Jaguar cichlid

So I'm moving back to cichlids just picked this guy up his about 6" really emaciated. Is it a gold jag or just a light coloured normal morph. Will get more pics once he has settled.

He's settled in nicley must of been starving cas he ant stopped eating. Think he may have the gold gene as he has a few specs which are pure gold, Any idea on sex.

Nice pick up ...Definite male pattern IMHO...it looks like he might color up and be gold..i wish i took picks of mine when i brought him home...you would note a big color differance after he settled in...looks like at any rate that yours will be a great looking Jag...

Ye Ino but this guy was all head when I got him am slowly feeding him up little an often so he does not bloat.
