Hey..

So yesterday my Jaguars spawened for the first time,

i saw a few white eggs but thats normal, so at the afternoon, half of the eggs had turned white.

So today i waked up again and saw almost all the eggs had turned white.

Then i was thinking maybe they ned oxygen, but then i saw none af the fishes were barrely breating so there were alot of oxygen in the tank.

Or maybe its because its the first time they are breeding. hmmmm..

Plzz tell what's wrong with them i seriously dont know.

P.S. SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH ;)

Nothing to be alarmed about. First spawns are often unsuccessful with new pairs. They might need a few tries to get it right.

They are both Defending the eggs?? and i saw when they were breeding,, it would be a little weird if i got 2 females laying eggs at the same rock at the same time o.O

It's not that odd for 2 cichlid females to lay a plaque of eggs. Post a photo of the pair, and someone here may be able to see if you have 2 females, or just an inexperienced pair.

I've had it happen with Jags

Hmm, its always harder to tell if the fishes are small. Usually if the fish is bigger you can see it's "Penis". If its a female (I'd seriously doubt 2 female Jags would have both tubes out at the same time) then you wouldn't even see the "Penis".

I just had eggs too from my Jags, the female hates the male. They didnt spawn normally, cuz she kept attacking and pushing the male away. He got close enough over the eggs numerous times to drop off a sticky package though. 60% of the eggs hatched, and the female is relentless trying to kill the male. So I took him out, that same day the Biiiiaatch ate them, :swear:

Best of Luck for your next batch.
