I've noticed, while cruising the Big Jag threads that pop up once in a while, that more than a few people mention having "eye issues" with them for what ever reason.
This caught my interest because I rescued a decent sized male with a horrid internal infection and a mild case of ich almost a year ago. He's a tough cookie, I never came close to losing him but he ended up nearly blind in the long run. His left eye, I assume, is no good for anything other than light and shadow detection. He prefers to use his right eye for most things (finding food, following his mate) and keeps it towards the light source most of the time.
I just got a new camera, so these are the first clear pics of his eyes that I've been able to get. Up until about a month ago he had residual "bubbles" behind his lens in addition to what you see here (lens scarring and retinal failure).

For comparison I've included his mate's perfectly normal eye.
