An update of the fry, there are about 30 left. I have moved them and the female Jag to a new tank.

how do u clean the sand when ur fish poop on it? or u just leave it there?
Cuz i am planning to convert sand back to gravels again, since i cannot use gravel vac to vac poops on the sand.

I use a gravel vac on my sand, it works fine. I just wave the vac back and forth and it brings the poop off the surface. Or in circles, causes a lil tornado and brings them up. Or jsut sit it over top of the sand, but this takes a little longer.

I have 2 Koralia IV's in the tank (1200 GPH flow) which give enough water circulation so that all the waste will go into the overflow.

None if I leave them in the tank. This time I removed 40 or so and put them into a separate tank.
