Pic heavy beware!!!! Couple pics trying to capture the dark black and blue fins but apparently my camera skills are insufficient so here we go. Really curious how this fish will mature. Been flashing a coppery metallic hue that’s hard to capture. In one pic you’ll see the males anus clearly but will hardly be able to see its vent if at all and may notice what almost looks like a little splinter between the anus and the anal fin. That is the male genital papilla not to be confused with the egg tube a female may drop to lay eggs. Unlike the females egg tube the males “papilla” will consistently look the same whereas the egg tube on a female fluctuates depending on if she’s breeding or laying eggs. The vent overall would be more prominent and visible.
