Regular Hikari Cichlid Gold is still $10 USD for 8.8 oz.. I'm not aware of any larger sizes.
As to the 10 pounds, I was just guessing at a total package weight for packing and contents. USPS says 5 pounds (maybe four of the 8.8 oz bags plus packing/box) would take 6-10 business days and run $40 USD for shipping.
