She's around 9" females do get big though some get to 12" apparently (never seen one in person ) I've had her about 2years but im guessing about 4year old she's part of a breeding pair , my males pretty ruff with her at times so she's one tuff cookie :D here's the happy couple uploadfromtaptalk1425426986957.jpguploadfromtaptalk1425427004216.jpguploadfromtaptalk1425427051691.jpg

Other option is Red Tiger Motaguense, Midas/Red Devil.....

something that may not appeal to the purist, but a flowerhorn would be a good for an office tank, colorful and always active.

Ill attach A video of mine but how long does it take for them to get about the size of your female mine has grown very slow like Jack dempsey or Green terror paced. the oscar was bought at about the same size as the jag.

Your fish are looking good , female jags got great pattern and colours already :) my female definitely took longer to reach 9" than my male did , I got her about 2 years ago at 3"
Plenty of water changes, clean water and good diet she'll soon grow , what's she feeding on atm ?

Most of her diet consists of Hikari cichlid pellets and I used to feed her bloodworms but I read they were unhealthy somewhere I got her in August around 6-7 months ago along with the oscar but I'm probably going to get rid of it

I have always wanted to get a Red Tiger but they are extremely hard to find I have never seen one where I live. The jaguar was hard enough to find took me a couple months of going around fish stores and payed $20 for her at 2"

WOW $20 for 2" Jag! Around my LFS Jag price around 3~9 dollars each depend on sizes, bigger Jag (7~9 inches) often sell for less than 15 dollars and sometimes offered for free cause they are killing other fishes in their store LOL
However, I never see any yellow/red tiger or dovii around my area (I can buy those off craiglist but not in LFS).

Stick with the hikari still the best pellet overall IMO , maybe feed the occasional prawn or muscle its great for colour :)

Alrighty! How long should it take her to get from her current size to about full size?

Yeah the cichlid craze isn't well lived in the Dallas area where I live XD! In the past 2 years I have only seen 3 Jaguars down here If a small juvi cost $20 Im just wondering how much a full grown could go for! I have never had a mean Jaguar all of mine have been wussys, but I have never had one grown to an adult so Hope my girl gets a bit of an attitude sometime!
