It's ok found it Batrachomoeus trispinosus frogfish, toadfish,Three spined frogfish.
Looks like they need brackish water as they will not live long in fresh :( Is this right ?
Thats a bumer for me.

You got it. Around here they are labeled as "freshwater Lionfish" Yes they are brackish to full salt. It's my first go at brackish but with the wealth of info here, it's going quite smoothly.

Thanks to all for the kind words on the win. I've got to give the credit to Teddy though. LOL The fact that she doesn't move much is what made it possible to fiddle with the camera settings and allow the slower speed with no flash. That & a big memory card. LOL

Thanks again.

Are they agressive atall

I wouldn't say aggressive but I would say " aggressive feeders". They don't want to fight anyone, but they will eat anyone who will fit in their mouths. :naughty: And their mouths are larger than they appear. They are a head & stomach with fins. If you get one, give it a few feeders to fatten it up and you'll see what I mean, it's not an exaggeration.
In the brackish forum I posted an observation I made which I find fascinating. They can actually sort things within their gut! When they inhale shrimp or fish, they also take in gravel. They are able to sort through it and regurgitate the rocks only! Now that's a talent!:headbang2 LOL It's like tying a cherry stem in your mouth. :D
