Japanese Cichlid?

I am not sure this is the right forum for this. But I came across this ad in craigslist the seller calls this a Japanese Cichlid? http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/for/2029682815.html Looks like a goldfish to me.

I doubt that is the goldfish he is selling, more like a pic taken from the internet. Just watch yourself, this person cannot really believe that this is a cichlid of any kind lol
