Japanese smooth hound shark

It's confirmed as a Mustelus Manazo / Starspotted Smooth Hound.

Managed to get it for the cheapest price I've found so far which was £360 including vat and delivery.
 
Yeah I have one and it's awesome. Turbo was easy to deal with(reccomended). I have had it for about 6 months and eats like a pig.

I'm buying a house early next year... hopefully then I can install a monster tank and get a couple hound species for myself.
 
It's being delivered to me on the 16th so I'll get some pics then. It's only 12-18" so still a pup. According to the dealer in very good shape and has a good belly on it.
 
I wish it was as easy to import there as it is in Europe... at any rate I look forward to seeing it!!
 
This is only the second supplier in the whole of England that I've found that can import Smooth Hound's and Leopards. Quite a few places can get Black Tips, and getting a Bamboo, Epaulette etc is pretty easy. Horn, Hound sharks etc are a bugger to find.

Then I find this supplier who lives a 10 minute drive away. Perfect!
 
I'm excited to see them... what type of setup are they going into?
 
FOWLR with a banded bamboo. The set up is an 8' round tub while my new tank slowly gets built. Should be completed January time. We're aiming for about 15x5x5' with round corners.
 
That sounds pretty sick! Keep us updated.
