What camera/lens are you using? That's really nice clarity on the pictures. Pretty fish/aquascaping too. +1 to jealous.

EOS400D with a 50mm F2.8.

that green shimmer on the chocolate cichlid is outstanding

Yeah he's a great looking fish, but it's a pity he's such an utter ***** to photograph. Always hanging at the back or in the dark.

July 25, 2008 entry. Will keep this thread going infinitely to show growth too I guess. Will try to have at least 1 new photo every day.

Best photo I've gotten recently of my larger Female Heros efasciatus. Headbanger Severum that usually loses all colour when the camera makes an appearance.

Wow extremely nice eartheaters. What kind of filtration do you have going because that water is crystal clear!

2 Eheim Classic Canisters with their default media setup, and a 600Gph (Roughly, it runs at 2200Lph) Wet/Dry with some pretty extensive mechanical media ranging down to 50 Micron.

Those colors are insane!!!!! Almost looks like the fish are wearing neon lights!

All the pics are great but these pics are absolutely stunning Japes.:headbang2The specimens are pretty sweet too;)
