Hey guys i was wondering if nit was possible to keep maybe 6 jars together with stingrays...i know they r aggressive fish but in general shouldnt they mellow wen they r in a school???? wats ure opinions :s

someone here had tried with 6 jars in a single tank ended up with four jars later on and then moved all of them in 4 different tanks
i remember the persons avatar it was a small asian kid smoking, don't remember the name though

really??? damn....thats a bummer...i love jars cause how the pearls plus bodyshape....but i wouildnt mind doing it wif asian arows...its justa lot of cash to invest if it doesnt work out (cause i dont have spare tanks to seperate them).

I have tried before with 8 but eneded up got to let them all go to 6 people after 2 are killed and 6 still fight like crazy.:(

TLkmDN, you are a big baby :screwy::ROFL:

i doubt if it would work, they're so territorial, somethin like this wouldnt even happen in the wild, how much more in a confined space. it might work but odds are stacked against it

Nah~ I'm just another hobbyist here.

Sme other I find that they're pretty aggressive are the asia green aro and g2 red.

since you can't keep more than 1 jar in a single tank, this gets me thinking...are the jars we buy all wide caught? or they are tank breed? if they are tank breed then how does breeder pick out breeding pairs without jars killing each other in a tank?
