Took out some of the drift wood and simplified (made more swim room) wish the plants would float straight up but tell me what you guys think:popcorn: second pic that was a jaguar in front of him that he didnt like LOL

Its much better than a cichlid tank- I would ditch the dopy fake plants- you dont have the cichlids anymore so get some live ones- great looking jar and nice unusual tankmates(especially for a jardini) looking good

Nice looking Jardini

I agree with Jim, nice spacious tank.. but the fake plants are uncesessay.. it gets in the way of the Jardini should it freak out....

Since you have driftwood.. i think i'll look better with a thin layer of gravel.. just to cover up the empty spots in the tank..
U can actually turn it into a Jardini/ pleco tank setup.. with the wood u got..

Best of luck..;)

Thanks for the replies the tank is in my living room (show tank) and the plants bring a brightness to the tank kinda like a background but they dont stay upright Oh and I forgot that I had a little clown pleco in the wood somewhere LOL had a huge common but stated chewing up my sponge filters thinking about some zebra plecs but so $$$ ...

ur in hawaii.. u got one of the best vendor that supplies pleco.. maybe u know him..
www.aquaticimportshawaii.com A.importz

Anyways.. i've never actually dare to put small pleco in a tank with Giant Arowana.. just cuz i dont want to risk losing...

Panaque species are nice.. L-190 or L330 royals..

Yeah he gots good prices and the royals know someone with them but thier big probably would chew on my sponge fiters but definately thinking plecos of some sort any ideas with plants was thinking of taking out the plants and tying up some moss to the wood but dont think that would be good with plecs??? I dont know some what happy with it if the plants would stay upright but thinking of alternatives that would keep that brightness or pop to the tank.

Those congos are likely to end up as feeders.

mmm... bderick67 you think cause of size of the congos? y wouldnt all of the tankmates be feeders. I think about it and tonight is the first night of the congos and with the moonlights I notice they arent schooling as tight ??? so you might be right but the rest have been good for a while now, and he only eats once a day I try to feed him twice but he only takes it 2 servings sometimes just to try and keep him happy and full :nilly:
