Jardini doesnt want to eat, help me out

i find that covering the tank 3 sides helpsthem calm down
jardinii i find more fickle than asian aros. silvers i think are worse

but jaridnii are feisty at heart.
increase temp to 28 to 29 perhaps?
then it might start eating.
make sure water is fine, filter is cycled.

50gal tank is very small though.

Thanks. I did a conversion just to make sure and 82.2F = 28c. I will increse the temp gradually over the next week.

I worked out I have roughly 130gal (taking into acount rocks etc), so this should be fine? As for the filter cycle, it has been established for a month now and all levels are fine. Should this have cycled by now?
