jardini for 100$ good or bad

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
its all this is this fish a good deal that gets me

if people had done any research on the fish they are buying then they should have a ball park figure for the fish they are buying

if you go into a LFS and they are selling a neon tetra for $200 then i think you would know that its to expensive

we are talking about $20-30 max each way if you go into a shop and think that aro is real nice anyone who lets it get away for $30 is crazy if that the type of fish you are looking for

also, even if it is determined to be a "good deal", you shouldnt buy it unless you have the space for it and a proper size aquarium.

$100 is way to expensive you can get a silver in ANOTHER thread for $80

He's gotta make his mind up and he'll decide if he wants it or not.If he can't come on here and ask for a little advice about a potential purchase then what is the point of this forum? There's no need to burst an artery just because the guy is asking a question.....I have noticed that the jars have gone down in price over the years, they used to go two hundred bucks for a two incher now I see them at that size for thirty bucks. At nine inches, one hundred dollars is not a bad deal IMO but it is not full grown lol.

Raymond did you get the jar or not?

If I saw a jardini at my lfs store I wouldn't care what price it was. I would quietly ask for it, pay, and calmly walk out the door as if everything was ok...

That sucks,I did'nt know there were legal issues with them there.

What amazes me about this thread is that no one has mentioned the quality of the fish-study as many pics as you can then look at colour, fin shape ,spine ect, then you can see how it compares to a cheaper one elsewhere.
