I was going to say remove everything but the jar, but I think the correct answer is "Remove the Jar".
It needs a tank three times that size (I'm not good at picturing rectangles in my head, but I'd say twice the width, half the length more).
Additionally, I see a blind piranha, if surprised it's going to take a chunk out of whatever spooked him (If he doesn't do that already, just cause it can)
Jon, I say this with the best intentions. But from the photo, it looks like the width of the tank is smaller than the length of the arowana. The width of the tank should be the same length as the arowana. On top of that you have a common pleco which are big waste producers, and all those feeders are only adding waste to the tank. Best thing honestly is to either upgrade the tank size, or get rid of the jardini.
