jardini or not?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the lima shovelnose does get any bigger than a jar would. ive heard many ppl say that 180 gallons is big enough for a jar.

ive read that sticky thread extensively. it really boils down to trial and error. but it has been done

Not sure why members feel a fx5 is not enough for your needs? I have a 210 with fx5 and until recently housed a Cichla temensis, Cichlasoma ocellaris, Osteoglossum bicirrhosum, Phseudoplatystoma fasciatum, and Flowerhorn with no problems. Weekly 40% water changes were sufficient to control nitrates and nitrites and ammonia were 0ppm.

ive changed that option back to all oscars. cuz i realized that i can house three silver arowanas in my other tank so that takes care of my arowana needs :P

right..... if they were, they wouldnt be shipping to the us.... only asians are illegal in the us, jardini are not.
