Jardini - spooky - skitish- behavior?

You broke the golden rule of arowana keeping! No openings! Haha better luck next time and find a way to close that opening! BTW, your (future?) aro will be much less skittish when it is larger.
 
Not just no openings, but at least 10-12mm (1/2") glass covers. I have had aros bounce 8mm glass lids off tanks like they were plastic.
 
i think its better to have canopies cause the doors pretty heavy and you can add a lock (: lol but mines at 5-6 inches and still veryy skittish

Sorry about that the skitish thing is standard for those guys when they are young everyone i have ever had at that size freaks out at first good luck with the next one
