I recently set up a 60 Gallon tank and i have a 5-6 in Jardini, 1 Tiger Oscar 3.5 in, 1 Albino Tiger Oscar 3.5 in, 3 Clown Loaches, and 1 Spotted Pim Catfish 4 in... They are all eating great and get along pretty well of course the Jardini picks on the Oscars here and there but leaves the others alone... My question is if I buy a Black Arowana 5 in and put him in the tank with the rest will the Black Arowana get picked on? How will I introduce the Black to the rest of the fish... Ooh, I have a 150 Gallon Tank waiting for them when they reach the right size... good or bad comments thx for your time

no the black get picked up for sure and the black will get stressed out and die

I hope you plan on getting a bigger tank soon!

Like Hao said, Jardini are aggressive and probably wont put up with another arowana.

It would be pretty awesome if you could though.

actually your wrong not all jardinis are like that,i have 2 jardinis they dont mind other aros and other MFK members have jars and other aros, but most are aggressive tho, even if your jardini doesnt kill it the oscar and other fish will harrass and stress it then they die because blacks get easily stressed

will my Jardini be good in the 150 gallon for life?
no it wont 8x2.5x2 or bigger is mininmum

Really? Arowanas do have personality so I bet that is why some will put up with other arowanas. Cool.
