By the way, if a fish is 18 inches and it has 40 inches to swim it will not stunt. What I think is you might have tried a movie stunt and stunted your brain growth after crashing into your 'brick wall.'

What are the dimensions of your 75? I'm thinking the area is 48x18. Where do you get your 40 inches of swimming space? If my math is correct, if his tail is at one end and he is 18 inches long that only leaves 30 inches. And from front to back, if the fish is 18 inches, that leaves 0 inches.

You need to rehome that fish because in quite sure you're not going to get it a bigger tank. I would never house a fish that I can not provide adequate, long term, housing for.

Just rehome the damn fish, obviously you cannot house it properly. The fish will reach up to 24", do you think that's a great life for a fish? You know, doing circles in a tank that's only twice the length of itself..
 
This is a absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
The OP needs to give up all of his fish and get out of the hobby. Your attitude alone just makes me mad. Listen to what your saying..... Your getting upset and trash talking because your being told to get a bigger tank! ad your response is there is no bigger tanks in your area.... I could go on and on but I'm going to stop right here. After reading this thread I'm just mad! Sell all your fish don't own any more animals I would be scared to see what you would do with a dog or any other animal for that fact..

I can relate it to this very kind of attitude,
"I'm so inlooooove with my animals, humans are bad at keeping their pets together, but I'm good at everything I do for my pet, I prefer to love and be loved by animals"

Vocubulary:
animals = pet
humans = people
snake, spiders, leeches, exotic (creepy) pets = non-animals. just critters that needed to be killed by fire, depends on the eeky degree.
you = the pet guru

Better rephrase your thoughts man... Just sayin.

If you haven't got space, then you MAKE space. A great idea is a bed stand pond, I'll dig up a link of that when I'm on my computer. If you truly love your fish, then you're gonna make space.

I told you that nobody has a damn tank over 55 gallons in my area, do you people get it? Are you another red brick wall? I think you should rehome your damn brain. You guys are seriously getting on my nerves. I told you nobody in my area has a tank larger than mine! You can't circle a tank when its twice the size of you anyways. My fish costed US$32! And I love it like its US$10000, I will never give it away.
