Jardini Tankmates

What's with these double posts?
 
Right now I have 7 inch jardini and it's usually not a happy camper with tank mates. I heard that they could usually go with with tinfoil barbs, so I tried it and sure enough my jardini ripped it into prices. So no jardini arowanas are not compatible with any type of fish they are like piranhas.

Really? 7 inches? I never knew they were like that. My Jardini is skittish and doesn't really attack anything. It is either near the surface finding food or in the middle swimming. It rests on the bottom at times. Is there a chance I got myself a friendly Jardini?

Surely this guys trolling?...

if this is genuine then you have all of the info you need, you may not need a tank immediately (even though I and many others think you should) you will need 1 very soon. As for tank mates it will either be ok or kill them, nobody can give you a 100% answer. What else do you need to know?
