you could try to do a heavy planted or driftwood at the bottom. and stock it with bottom dwellers.

make a few caves and so it can run away from the jar

I would give it a shot with one u own thru its whole life but right off the bat, when its a fully grown fish already, you'd have be even luckier for it to work. Not saying it can't. My jardini was totally skittish at one point before his appetite took over.

That's the best freaking answer I've ever heard of...... and so true! (I hate those parrots!)

I'd suggest you keep the Jar with a big piece of malaysian driftwood or rock..... that's it. He can't kill what's already dead!
