Catching Zazula the Jau catfish to move to the 25K

At 4ft size jau have poor transferability. We lost Zazula for no good reason other than short stress and breakdown of the immune system. Netted quickly in ~5 min, transferred quickly <1 min to a tank next door. First looks alright. Then round spots appear on the body after 1-2 days and begin to grow. Looks like a bacterial infection of the skin, mouth, fin eating type. Two injections of a mix of 2 antibiotics, wide spectrum gram-positive and gram-negative, erythromycin+doxytetracycline hyclate didn't help.
