Java fern in driftwood question

Usually a month before it really grabs hold. Thread or superglue work well and never need to be removed

Yea i didnt have any thread at the time so i just tied some fishing line.it hasnt really been that long and the roots are getting much larger because i tied baby java fern to the wood so i will give it maybe a month im not really in no rush. Thanks for the info

settle them in on the wood, but if not possible get as close to light as possible
