75 gallons 3 fourths filled so my crabs can climb onto the driftwood and out of the water was going to do waterchange tamorow but all the parameters were fine wat should i do as for the ph shuold i lower it if it is above 8.0 then im going to lower it but to 7.0 or 8.0?

How many times do I have to tell you--pH of 8 is what you want for a brackish tank!???

What is your normal water change schedule? What fish are in there?

as of now waterchange schedule will be every week or so pain in the but getting the sg right and only have dragon goby and two fiddlers nothing else but a little ghost shrimp but my sg is above 8.0 so i have to drop it to 8.0 but wat else could have killed him has plenty of oxegen ?

Your goby needs to eat daily or it'll starve to death. How long has the tank been set up?

i now think u were right about any amonia is toxic nothing else died but i did a water change today and cleaned the filter but im going to get another bigger filter to go along with my other filter but the ph as of now is 8.4 should i keep it at 7.5-8.0 the ph was to high and there was amonia so thats wat killed the archer. i am also adding some mangrove seedlings.
