All packed in a 120 long next to a window that gets a few hours of sun a day. I keep some good lights on also 12 hours a day! The 2 java ferns are 16 inch long leaves and 2 feet across attached to wood. I have 3 pounds of java moss all over the tank with 100 bucks in anubias. Whats my best bet for keeping everything alive, i have been adding plant stuff to the tank and things seem good. Its been a month and i have alot invested. Do i need co2 to make this work , am i giving too much light, it seems som eof the moss is turning brown and i am triping since i paid a massive amount for these plants. thanks in advance

I don't figure too much light is the problem but give us some more info. How much light do you have on the tank? What are the ferts that you are adding? If you have any major conserns the next step would be to get a pressurized C02 system because it sounds like you have enough light for the plants you are keeping and you are adding some kind of fert so that would be the next logical step to a nice planted tank.

so what do i have to do well this effect the well being of the 9 payara in the tank.

You may not need to do anything. Do you need Co2? I don't know. How much light is on the tank. If you have over 2 wpg then I would recomend a Co2 system. The plants you have listed don't require a whole lot. I would just find a good dosing schedule and see what happens unless you are over the limit for light.
