Grows like crazy. I got it because everyone seemed to like it so I thought I would try it out. At first it was dying off, but I moved the tiny bit that survived and it went crazy. I'm not that big of a fan of it just because a little looks good, but it grows very fast and too much ends up looking like giant hair algae. I'm probably not using it right, but it just overtook my tank.
i would love it if it weren't in a tank with a power filter because pieces will fall off and get sucked up in the filter, a sponge filter would be much better with any type of moss
