Neons, cardinals, black neons, and gold neons would set it off, and never damage the plants....

yeah i was thinking of neons at first, but then i fell in love with the rasbora espei's after a got a few for free from another member. have you seen these guys? their reddish color is AMAZING!!!! looky:

thanks man! and actually, ive been told several times that 216w of T5HO light is way too much and that its overkill. im only running two bulbs for most of the day with a 4-bulb "burst" for a few hours. the WPG rule doesnt really apply when using high output light like T5s.

i would probably have algae problems galore if i ran 216w all day!!
