Jd, 11 inches?

Well here is a pic of my JD, and I have measured him at 11 and a half inches. I bought him with my tank setup last summer, and he was around 10 inches then. Does this answer your question?

I had a jd that only reached about 6 or 7 inches and only lived about 4 years because he got mistreated by my red devil ( he learned his lesson eventually)

I didnt say wild caught jack dempseys grow bigger, i was referring to a earlier post saying maybe if they were wild caught

I have a 9in JD and he is only about two years old now. My female has been stuck at 6in for some time now though.
