I know I said I got rid of him cause of bullying and had no trouble. I only got rid of him cause I was overstocked.
 
They are in a 30 gallon grow out. I would assume this is the problem.

You are correct :) It's not them, they just don't have the room for moving and claiming territory.
 
How big of a tank are they going into?
 
Was planning on a 75g i am setting up but now im having second thoughts...

Anything over 100 would be perfect IMO
 
I gave the JD to a buddy of mine till i can get the 100+... the oscar is now swimming the tank lookin for food. I feel better now. Poor guy was miserable looking.
