he does love the earth worms but struggles to beat the Oscars to them, what do you mean by night crawlers??

Earthworms are the same as nightcrawlers. Some of us call them nightcrawlers because they come out at night after it rains and people like me go out in the yard with a flashlight to pick em up.

I dont think JD's are overly aggressive,but i think when push comes to shove,they can handle themselves pretty well.

Probably, and this time a year even worse!! had at least two king brown snakes around the house!!!
