My JD's recently spawned, and here are a few poor quality pictures.
First is the proud PaPa, and next is Mom.
I was surprised at how dark black the female has gotten.
This is an aggressive community tank, and I don't have the capacity to keep the fry, so I was wondering what happens next? Once the fry become free swimming will they be eaten?
This is the only pair in the tank, so I guess I need to relocate the female to prevent this from happening again, and again. I used to raise Angels and I know how often fish can spawn.
