I looked into that, but didn't want to reduce my return to 3/4" (largest loc line?) I didn't cement the end of my return line, and have unions in place so I may easily make changes. Will I lose flow using these reduced loc lines? Thx

Nope, I suggested multiple returns/loclines for that right reason. The loclines are smaller in diameter, but you could use a T to split into two 3/4". Are you running at max now?

These aren't the greatest and I'm posting from phone. The first two just shows splitting the return with a T coming on my overflow box.

The last are the loclines coming out of the wall. Your setup may be different but still general idea for dual returns.

At 3/10 you have plenty of juice left. But having multiple 3/4" wont be an issue with restricting the pump imo.

not sure if this is helpful at all but I have mine running on my 300 gallon at a reduced speed due to too much current

I got inconsistent gph from my overflow to my sump. Basically, must had air in my plumbing. Resolved that problem, now upped my power setting from 3/10 to 5/10, at 6/10 the water level in my 30G sump falls below the top of the pump, sucking air. Enough GPH (1100 to 1300) and water movement for a 170G.
