I'm pretty down to get it, need a new filter for my 100g

I just want to make sure it's working like new, I don't want to buy a slightly defective product.

look i know dang should be answering this questions but im just backing him up the filter is new he recently bought it he just saved up and bought something better thats why he is selling but its in great shape trust me.

Like KASK said it is in perfect working condition there is nothing defective about the canister.
