I have a word of advice.

If it's a sub compact, check the Kelvin rating on the bulbs. Some come for freshwater with 12000K bulbs that are too blue for good plant growth. I know that 96 watt 34inch replacement bulbs are around $40 buck a piece. It makes a cheap light expensive if you have to replace the bulbs in the first week.

I have a 4 lamp 260 watt. I would not recommend, exhaust fans are noisy and sometimes don't work. Fixture runs very hot. some of the insulation on the wiring inside the fixture is cracking from the heat. The fixture is less then 2 years old.

I got this one off Ebay and I am very happy with it so far. It is now 9 months old. I was able to order with 4 6500k lamps, great for plants.

I hear that the ballasts are known to catch fire.
