No need to get nervous dealing with Rapp's..One of the real gd guys in the business. Customer service is right there with the quality of his fish!
 
I've never bought from rapps, I didn't hear about him till about two weeks ago well I checked him out and everything I found out about him sounds good so good that the next fish I buy I plan on getting from him contact him and let him know complaining will do nothing unless your trying to give him a bad name but it won't happen

Jeff Rapps is one of the PREMIER sellers in our hobby. Putting him on blast isn't cool. He's know for superior customer service.

You'll be OK though Fluffy. You're still a noob, you'll be forgiven your mistakes. :p

Yeah.....I just panicked, I ordered one of my dream fish from Rapps and I'm pretty sure this is one of the only oppurtunity I have. Plus, this is only my second time from Rapps, I got it dealt with.
 
GUYS. I RESOLVED THE PROBLEM, No need to post "CONTRACT RAPPS YOU DIMWIT" any longer, just panicked. Plus, I never said "OMG RAPPS SUX!!!1111" He's a nice guy and I understand mistakes happen.
