A JBP IS a Convict. XD A JBP is a short-body Convict. For some reason they're labeled as JBPs, but yeah, they're not Parrots at all.

P.S. Very nice pic! Love both of the fish. Especially the short-bodied Convict (better call it this to prevent confusion) x Red Devil.

Thanks all! This is probably the my favorite fish that I own right now, only a few inches but still runs the tank that is stocked with much larger fish!

It doesnt look like a shortbody in that pic. It looks like a a normal convict that's red. Just fyi, by me jelly bean parrots are actually dyed parrots. Hopefully he's not though.

This fish is not dyed I can assure you that! this is like a 5th or 6th generation of fish that has been spawned in my tank lol so the genealogy is crazy!
