Your fish are the same. One has a short body (like the one of the two females i posted) Which has nothing to do with a parrot (I bread them myself) Your turn.

Yep your right on the fact they are the same, the short body is the father of the second fish(mother being a regular striped convict).

Ok that picture you just posted looks like my fish when I first got it (albeit without the dye). After feeding him up he became chunky and his hump grew. I could probably even find a pic of him when he was small but I would have to do a lot of digging.

Certainly looks a bit more like a BP in that pic than the first.

As much as I value you opinion mate I have to disagree, that is not a BP.

:nono:The pix is pretty poor quality, i never said it WAS a BP, just that it looked more like one than the first pic did.

Remember the fish is tiny, a BP would still be brown.

sorry bigspizz but i disagree! jellybeans are just inbred pink cons who are then cruely dyed and sold as something theyre not. we got j.b.s in and at the same time some kid brought a bunch of babies that were born from brother/sister they are the same fish! unless thats just what my wholesaler does!?

Agreeing with yourself eh, suppose someone has to.

Anyway the question didnt need rephrased but what the hell i'll humor you.

DO YOU THINK THE 2 FISH IN THESE PICTURES ARE DIFFERENT SPECIES?

The fish in the middle not the BP or Midas.
